Project: MANHOOD 2018 > What it is and why you should attend [Video]

In Blog, Events, News by Ryan Sanders, M. Div. / March 15, 2018

I get it. You're busy. So am I. You probably get frustrated like I do with finding time to connect with your kids. Well, when it comes to intentional father-son time, we have you covered with this retreat.

In this post, we'll talk about what the retreat is and why you should be there. Oh, and we have a fancy new trailer you MUST watch. Some of you reading this may see yourself in the video! Let's do this.

Here's the deal. It's time to stop feeling like a failure (your words—not ours). We're here to help. We had such a blast with this retreat last year, we decided to do it again this year. Sure, there'll be some differences in the content and speakers. But we'll keep the same focus on God and fathers and sons connecting. Well, that and paintball and zip line—come on!

So, let's carve out 24 hours on May 18-19th to be at Country Lake Retreat Center for Project: MANHOOD.

What is Project: MANHOOD?

Project: MANHOOD is the father and son retreat for building godly men. It's gonna be epic. It's 24 hours of dads and sons having all kinds of fun, food and fellowship. From hiking and canoeing to just chillin' in a hammock, we have something for you and your son at this retreat.

To be clear, you can't spend the night in the hammock. You'll have to pick one of three lodging options. Hammock is not one of those three options. Maybe Ross, the director at Country Lake, can cut a special discount for the hammocks. I'm kidding. Don't email Ross about that. : )

Why you should attend Project: MANHOOD?

Because you'll learn a lot, be challenged, be encouraged, worship, hear the Word and you'll do all this while having fun. But mostly importantly, you'll build a memory with your son that you won't soon forget.

I'll tell you more details soon. For now, here's the info you need: Register by March 31st and you'll save 10 percent. We call it the "Early Bird Discount" but we should call it "The Greatest Dad Ever Discount". Because that's what you'll be. Regardless, you're saving 10 percent. You're welcome.

Now that you know what Project: MANHOOD is and why you should attend. Here are the next steps.

Step 1 > Watch the trailer below.

Step 2 > Register.

Step 3 > Share this blog post with one dad-friend. Thank you very much.
